Medicare Rebates

*The current recommended fee for psychological services set by the Australian Psychological Society is $300 for a 46-60 minute appointment. We have aimed to keep our fees below this.

Did you know that marigold flowers are edible, and good for wellbeing? They have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

What to expect at your first appointment

At your first appointment, you’ll meet a friendly clinician for an initial interview which explores aspects of your background and history, your current concerns and what you hope to get out of therapy. A detailed initial interview is key to providing you with a treatment plan that meets your needs.

While the clinician guides you through this process, you and your therapist will be able to get to know each other and build rapport. After the interview, your therapist will match up a therapeutic approach to help you reach your goals.
